He was responding to Ms Lim's request for confirmation that her phone has not been hacked by Singapore's state agencies, after stating that she received a threat warning from Apple that her iPhone could be under threat of hacking by state-sponsored attackers. WASHINGTON: PayPal Holdings Inc on Thursday (Mar 17) expanded its services to allow Ukrainian citizens and refugees to receive payments from overseas, a move a senior Ukrainian official called a huge help as Russian forces continued to attack the country.
